Our philosophy

We believe that Yoga is a way of living and being, that helps people build a healthy and strong body, relax their mind, heal their soul , get more confident and aware and just feel good.

Yoga is holistic and is a way to help us balance our body, mind and spirit and live in harmony with ourselves and others.

“Prana” in Sanskrit means vital energy, life force. This energy is inside us, and the only thing we have to do is find the ways to spread it into our whole existence.

Meet our Teacher

Christina was born in Greece and raised in Kos. From a very young age she was a restless spirit, trying different things from reading and writing, to acting and playing music. She always liked helping people and trying to understand them. That motivated her study in “Psychology” in Panteion University of Athens. She continued her studies in “Media, Communication and Culture”. Moreover, she studied Drama and Acting in “Theater of Changes” and at the same time she started Latin dancing.

Yoga came into her life in 2015 and transformed it completely. It was the path that could combine all the things she loved doing. Understanding, healing, being creative, expressing herself through her body.

She tries to incorporate these into her classes, encouraging her students to “feel”, move with awareness, accept and love themselves.

In 2019 she traveled to Rishikesh – India and studied in Vinyasa Yoga Academy (200 httc). After that she completed an online ttc in YIN yoga with Arhanta Yoga Academy.

She keeps learning and studying. She has been teaching since 2019 and in 2021 she opened her own studio “Prana Yoga Shala” .
